Returns

Return requests must be received within 14 days of purchase date.

Return process

To submit a return, please email hello@joyfulhostess.com with the reason you're not satisfied with your purchase. Also please include "RETURN" in the email subject line. Emails received within 14 days of your purchase date (EST) will be eligible for full refund.

Refund processing

We will process refunds for eligible returns within 3 business days of receiving your email. Please note: fefunds can only be sent back to the original payment method used in a charge.

Once we've procesded the refund on our end, depending on your credit card company, it may take 5-10 business days for the reversal to appear on your credit card statement.
